私隱政策

球場易是一個在你的 iPhone 上運作的工具，用來查看康樂及文化事務署公開的羽毛球場、籃球場、排球場、網球場和草地足球場空位。開發者沒有為這個 App 架設伺服器，這個頁面本身也只是 Cloudflare Pages 上的靜態文件。

• 不需要註冊或登入，沒有帳戶。
• 收藏、提醒、選擇的運動、地區和語言只存在你的裝置，以及同一個 App 的主畫面 Widget 可讀取的本機共享空間。它們不會上傳給開發者。
• 位置只在你允許後、在這部裝置上用來計算你與場館的距離，並按距離排序。位置不會傳送到開發者或任何分析服務。
• 空位資料由 App 直接向康文署 SmartPLAY 開放數據下載。該請求由你的裝置發出，內容是公開的場館檔案，不包括你的姓名或位置。
• 提醒是這部裝置自己排程的本地通知。沒有推送伺服器，也不會把同一個新時段重複通知。
• 沒有廣告，沒有追蹤器，沒有分析 SDK。這個網頁也不載入任何第三方腳本。

你可以在 iOS 設定裡關閉位置或通知。刪除 App 會一併刪除留在裝置上的收藏和提醒。

使用條款及免責聲明

球場易不是康樂及文化事務署或 SmartPLAY 的官方應用程式，不能代你預訂場地。要租場，請到 SmartPLAY。

• 空位來自康文署開放數據，該數據大約每 5 分鐘更新。畫面上的場數可能已經改變，或與 SmartPLAY 當下可訂的結果不同。請以 SmartPLAY 為準。
• iOS 自行決定背景更新何時執行，所以「有新空位」的通知未必即時，也不能保證一定送達。
• 場館名稱、地址和座標沿用開放數據。若資料有誤，以康文署公布的為準。

這個 App 按「現況」提供，用來幫你更快看到公開空位。開發者不對預訂失敗、資料延遲或你依據這些資料所作的決定負責。

Privacy

Court Finder runs on your iPhone and reads public badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and turf-soccer availability from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The developer does not host a server for the app. This page is a static file on Cloudflare Pages.

• There is no account and no sign-in.
• Favourites, alerts, sports, districts, and language stay on your device, in storage the home-screen widgets can read. They are not uploaded to the developer.
• If you allow location, it is used only on the device to measure distance and sort venues. It is not sent to the developer or to any analytics service.
• The app downloads the public LCSD SmartPLAY open-data files directly. Those requests do not include your name or location.
• Alerts are local notifications scheduled on the device. There is no push server, and the same newly released session is not notified twice.
• There are no ads, trackers, or analytics SDKs. This page loads no third-party scripts.

You can turn location or notifications off in iOS Settings. Deleting the app deletes the favourites and alerts stored on the device.

Terms and disclaimer

Court Finder is not an official app of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department or SmartPLAY, and it cannot book a court for you. Book on SmartPLAY.

• Availability comes from LCSD open data, updated about every five minutes. Counts on screen may already have changed. SmartPLAY is the record of what can still be booked.
• iOS decides when a background refresh runs, so a “court released” notification may not be instant and is not guaranteed.
• Names, addresses, and coordinates come from the open data. If something looks wrong, the department’s own publication is the source to trust.

The app is provided as is, to make public availability easier to scan. The developer is not responsible for a failed booking, delayed data, or decisions you make from what the app shows.
